Terraform-Starter-Template

I kept getting annoyed when starting a new AWS account and setting up the Terraform user. So to remedy that I made this little starter template. I can quickly clone, apply, gather new creds, and delete the repo from my local and have a new Terraform user with Admin rights in my new AWS account.
